初春的时候在印度店买过一包茶，味道很冲很怪，实在是不爱。最近拿出来给我哥看才知道原来是正山小种。

 正山小种又叫拉普山小种(Lapsang Souchong, 来自粤语发音)，是福建武夷山的茶种，用松针或松柴熏制出来的，所以有很重的一种烟熏的味道。据说是最古老的一种红茶，很可能出现于明末时期，适合和咖喱及肉菜搭配。

 A specialty of the Fujian Province of China.  The leaves are rolled and dried, then placed into bamboo baskets and smoked over wood fires.  This imprts the distinctive smoky aroma and flavour for which Lapsang Souchong is known.  It makes the perfect partner for a traditional English breakfast or fish dish.
